Frequently Asked Questions
Below are answers to the most common questions small business owners ask before getting started with our website packages.
Pricing & Commitment:
Clear pricing and simple terms are important to us. Here’s what you can expect before you sign up.
1. How much does a website package cost?
Our website packages are designed to be affordable for small businesses, with simple monthly pricing that includes everything you need. Pricing depends on the size and needs of your website. You can view all package options on our Pricing page.
2. Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?
No. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime, and your website remains active as long as your plan is active.
3. Are there any hidden fees or surprise charges?
No. Hosting, maintenance, updates, and support are all included in your monthly plan. We are very clear about what’s included so there are no surprises. Any additional charges would only apply when adding additonal custom services beyond our packages.
4. What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel, we simply stop billing you and your website is no longer active.
You keep full ownership of your domain name and are free to use it however you’d like moving forward, including having another developer build a new site on it.
Your website itself is part of the managed service we provide. This is what allows us to include design, hosting, maintenance, updates, and support at an affordable monthly price while we handle everything for you. Because of this, the website is not transferred when a plan ends.

1. How long does it take to build my website?
Our website process is considerably fast compared to traditional developers. Most websites are completed within a few days, depending on how quickly we receive your business information, images, and content. We keep the process simple and guided so you’re never overwhelmed.
2. What do you need from me to get started?
We’ll ask for some basic information about your business, services, and contact details. From there, we guide you through the rest.
If you have content and photos, we’ll use them. If not, we can help with writing, stock images, or even help arrange professional photography if needed.
Our goal is to make the process simple and hands-on so you never feel overwhelmed.
3. Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Every website we build is fully mobile-friendly and designed to work seamlessly across phones, tablets, and desktops.
4. Can you update or fix my existing website?
We don’t work on or repair existing websites. Instead, we build a brand new website for your business as part of one of our website packages. This allows us to provide a clean, reliable setup that we can properly manage and support over time.
After Your Website Launches
Understand our policies and procedures, including cancellation policies, warranties, confidentiality measures, and payment methods. We strive to make our processes transparent and straightforward.
1. What if I need changes to my website later?
Each package includes two small website updates per month, up to 15 minutes each. These are great for things like updating text, swapping photos, posting an announcement, or adding a seasonal special. This keeps your website fresh and up to date.
You’ll also have access to a simple DIY editor, so you can make small changes yourself anytime if you’d like.
As your business grows, your website can grow with you. If you ever need larger changes, additional pages, or new features, we’re happy to help. In those cases, we can either provide a flat-rate estimate in advance or complete the work at $75 per hour, depending on the scope.
2. Can I make changes to my website myself?
Yes. You’ll have access to a simple DIY editor if you prefer to make small updates on your own, but we’re always here to help if you’d rather we handle it.
3. What happens behind the scenes each month?
A lot more than most people realize. Behind the scenes, we’re continuously taking care of the parts of your website that most business owners never want to deal with.
This includes hosting, security monitoring, regular backups, software updates, performance checks, and making sure everything stays running smoothly.
If something ever stops working or a technical issue comes up, we take care of it as part of your plan — you’re not charged extra for fixing problems.
You don’t have to think about servers, glitches, or maintenance. We handle it all so your website stays reliable while you focus on running your business.
4. What is the Customer Dashboard?
The Customer Dashboard is your simple control center for everything related to your website.
From here, you can view form submissions from customers, see your website analytics, and access a DIY editor if you’d like to make small updates yourself.
It gives you visibility into how your website is performing without needing to understand any of the technical side — and if you ever prefer us to handle something for you, we’re always happy to help.
How we differ
A Different Approach to Traditional Web Design
Most small businesses have experienced the frustration of getting a website built, only to be left figuring out hosting, updates, and technical issues on their own. Our approach is designed to remove that burden completely.
✔️ No Chasing a Developer
The problem:
With a typical website, every small change means emailing a developer, waiting for a response, and wondering what it will cost.
Our approach:
Small updates and ongoing support are already part of your plan. When you need something changed, you don’t have to track someone down — you simply reach out and it’s handled.
✔️ No Technical Headaches
The problem:
Most business owners end up responsible for hosting accounts, backups, and figuring out what to do when something stops working.
Our approach:
We handle all of that behind the scenes. Hosting, security, backups, and fixing issues are part of what we do, so you never have to think about the technical side.
✔️ No Outdated Website
The problem:
Websites often get built and then slowly fall out of date. Services change, specials come and go, hours update — but the website stays the same, which can confuse customers and make a business look neglected.
Our approach:
Because updates are built into your plan, your website can always reflect what’s happening in your business now. Your customers see current information, not something from years ago or even last month. Whether you’re running a seasonal special, changing hours, adding a new service, posting an announcement, or updating photos, your website stays current — so customers always see accurate, up-to-date information.
✔️ Better Than DIY Builders
The problem:
DIY website builders are affordable, but they still leave you responsible for design, layout, updates, and figuring out how everything works. The result is often a site that looks homemade and takes up more of your time than expected.
Our approach:
You get the best of both worlds. We build and manage a professional website for you, while still keeping pricing affordable. If you like being hands-on, you’ll have access to a simple DIY editor to make small changes anytime. If you’d rather not touch it at all, your monthly updates and ongoing support mean we handle it for you.
You’re never stuck doing everything yourself — and you’re never stuck waiting on a developer either.
