The Discover Marketing “Website Giveaway” is a promotional contest offering one (1) eligible Big Bear business a free professionally designed website, including setup, hosting, and management for one year, provided by Discover Marketing.

The contest begins on October 29, 2025 and ends on November 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.

The winner will be announced on November 18, 2025.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to:

Businesses located in or operating within the Big Bear Lake, California area.

Entrants who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Entrants who are business owners, co-owners, or authorized decision-makers with permission to make marketing and website decisions on behalf of the business.

Not eligible:

Employees of Discover Marketing, their immediate family members, or anyone affiliated with the administration of this promotion.

General employees of a business who are not authorized to make marketing or financial decisions for the company.

By entering, participants confirm that they have the authority to represent their business in this contest.

Failure to complete entry form may result in entry disqualification.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by Discover Marketing from all eligible entries based on completeness, business fit, and potential benefit from the service.

The winner will be announced publicly on Discover Marketing’s Facebook page and notified by email on or around November 18, 2025.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

Project kickoff must begin within 60 days of winner notification or the prize may be forfeited.

6. Runner-Up Offer

All non-winning entrants will receive an exclusive discount on website setup with Discover Marketing if they sign up within 30 days of the winner announcement.

By entering, participants agree to:

Allow Discover Marketing to use their business name, logo, and website design in promotional materials, portfolio content, and social media posts related to the giveaway.

Provide basic business information and creative input necessary for the project.
